The Amora Jamison Hotel, 11 Jamison Street, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, 2000
The GRC Institute membership encompasses a diverse range of industries and professional experience. Our premier event for our most senior and experienced members is our GRC annual conference, which was held this year on the 6th and 7th of October, in Sydney.
However, we recognise that a staggering 30% of our members have more recently entered the profession. On average, these members have between one and three years' experience in a compliance related role.
To support these emerging professionals, GRCI looks to provide a range of professional development options including our nationally recognised courses, short complimentary and costed seminars, publications and discussion groups.
To further address the needs of these members, we have also developed this 'Emerging Professionals event' a one day mini conference aimed to provide topics and speakers specifically targeted at these members; to explore some of the hot issues that arise at the beginning of developing an understanding of the delivery of compliance and risk management outcomes for your organisation; and to look at hot topic areas for this year, in a one day format with an audience cohort that will allow for learning and sharing amongst similarly situated professionals.
We invite you to join us at this event to kick start your 2017 career development objectives.
